Brian Wilken completed his LLB Degree at the former Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) in 2005, whereafter he joined the law firm Botha Massyn & Thobejane Attorneys and stayed for a period of 4 years, two of which as an candidate attorney and two of which as an associate.
Thereafter he entered a partnership at the firm Wilken Duff Attorneys before striking out as a sole practitioner. Brian’s passion lies in commercial and contractual law with specialization in corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions.
In addition, he has vast experience in commercial and civil litigation, including such specialised areas as administrative law, debt collections, expropriation law and land developments.
